Welcome to the new website of the Dunedin Spiritualist Church, located in Dunedin, New Zealand.

The basic belief of Spiritualism is that we are Spiritual Beings sharing in the unity of the universe and that our essence survives beyond bodily death.

The aim of this website is to help acquaint you with the basic aims and beliefs and the way the Church operates, in order to help those who are unfamiliar with Spiritualism.

Whatever your background and understanding, we hope you will find something in our services which will feel right for you, or provide you with something which stimulates your thinking, or helps you to feel at peace with yourself.

Each Sunday evening at 7pm there is a Service which lasts for about an hour. During this time we sing hymns and songs, have prayers and a short meditation when Spiritual Healing is offered.

There is also a talk relating to many aspects of life, and a demonstration of clairvoyance. After the service, tea and coffee is provided and everyone is invited to stay and chat and ask questions.

There is a library, for members, which provides books on Spiritualism and related subjects, and there are also some children's books.

For those wishing to learn about Spiritual Healing there is a group which meets for this purpose on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of most months, at 7:30pm.

The Dunedin Spiritualist Church is located on the corner of Rankeilor St and Lorne St in South Dunedin (behind ANZ/Postbank on King Edward St).
